Old Ways of Team Building No Longer Works

Many of us have been working from home in the last two years and slowly transitioning to the hybrid model. We interact with team members by ZOOM calls and messaging apps. The human connection is gone and the old ways of team building no longer apply. It’s managers’ responsibility to find new ways to build teams that know and trust each other.
